  • Quote: Ashleyy there are 100 calorie individual popcorn bags at our wal mart.
I finally found them at dollar general.. go figure lol . thank you though.
  • I blend up some fruit and yogurt or kefir and freeze them in my little popsicle molds. 1 container of yogurt (or 1/2 c kefir) and fruit will fill all 4 popsicles in the tray. They come out to 50-68 calories each depending on the ingredients. Also I have some slightly bigger molds that work out to 70-90 calories each. Right now I have a tray of Stonyfield chocolate yogurt with a banana blended in- might be the best yogurt freezer pop yet!!
    MMM choco-nana pop!!!!

This has saved me because hubby likes to eat ice cream almost every night. I never used to buy ice cream but now that it's always in the house I use these to stop me from wanting 200 cals worth of "treat" every night.
  • I like the Special K crackers. The 'chip' crackers suck in my opinion. The actual crackers come with 2 serving sizes - 17 crackers for 90 calories OR 24 crackers for 120 calories. On the back of the box, they have all 17 crackers in a tile formation with the crackers as actual size to show you how much you actually get for 90 calories, something I find nice. I pair with a wedge of laughing cow light cheese or some hummus or low fat dip.

I like 1 tbsp peanut butter with a medium apple, comes out to about 180 calories.

The other day I was really digging Breakstone's fat free cottage cheese (1/2 cup for 80 calories) plus 12 seedless red grapes (3 calories per grape) which yielded about 120 calories total. Yum!
