Well, my WI yesterday and today was 175.2 which is up 2.2 pounds from Friday morning. Obviously, that is not fat weight gain, so I'm curious as to all of the elements that surround that 2.2 pound gain. On Friday we worked outside for 11 hours (major overhaul of the backyard), and on Saturday we worked about 5 hours outside. I'm talking major shoveling, moving, wheelbarrowing, digging, etc...it wasn't just raking the yard or anything like that. And, I hardly drank any water. I drank a lot of pop to keep my energy up which is probably the last thing I should have been doing.
I can barely feel my body (both today and yesterday) from all the work we did, so I'm wondering if it is major water retention from my sore muscles trying to repair themselves as well as lack of water. It is thunderstorming today, so we won't be doing any outside work. I'm anxious to see what my WI will be tomorrow and throughout the rest of the week. I've lost over 4 pounds in 2 weeks which is pretty unusual for me (it's too fast for what I am used to), so if I don't lose weight for this Friday's WI I am ok with that, but I would hope that it would at least get close to 173 again!
On a different note: holy moly, tried some Wonka candy bars this weekend and the caramel ones are amazing! They are
huge candy bars, and I ate the majority of one on Saturday because I was so exhausted and just didn't care!!

Delish!
Exercise update: I really didn't think we'd do anything in the yard today because it was storming so badly, but it let up in the afternoon and we just got done moving 100 bags of topsoil out of his truck and into the backyard. Buh.
