Definitely keep the fruit! Just drop the added sugar and you'll still see a huge difference! Your fruit will even taste better.

Yeah I dont think that you should stop eating fruit because fruit is so good for you. You could only eat natural foods and cut out processed food. Then fruit would be allowed and that would cut out a lot of your sugar.
I hate fruit by the way I think you are lucky that you like it

I am a sugar addict and started detox yesterday.
I do eat fruits, though.
I'm a berry freak.
