Someone already mentioned spaghetti squash! It's so good, and I like it better than regular noodles! Also, I use cabbage as a replacement for lasagna noodles. It sounds weird, but believe me it is delicious and cuts soooo many of those calories. I just boil it until it is a clear green color, press in between two paper towels for about 10 mins and use! Usually, less than 1/2 a head of cabbage with make a good sized lasagna.

I love cheese. Laughing Cow light cheese is a god send - 35 calories/wedge. Best stuff ever!
Kelloggs Special K cracker chips. The sour cream and onion are awesome and you can have 27 for 110 calories. They're great for those salty cravings days.

Those cracker chips, do they taste more like crackers or chips? I've seen them but I haven't bought them yet because I have so many cracker type foods in my pantry as it is. I'm looking for something that would replace chips to eat with a sammich, would those cracker chips do that you think?

My lunch sides had consisted of Baked Lays or pretzels until I recently discoverd these three:
Pop Chips are divine - 120 calories for a TON of chips. The bag says 22 per serving but I bet I had over 25 the last time I ate them. The flavoring on them is really good too. Very bold BBQ and the salt and pepper have a kick.
Kettle now has baked kettle chips. Not like processes potatoes like Baked Lays but actual slices of potato that are super crispy. They are 120 a serving. The flavoring of the BBQ is the same as their regular chips but I thought the salt and pepper ones were lacking in flavor slightly. Those might be better to go with a dip or if you are a fan of plain chips.
Pretzel Crisps. They are flattened pretzels, 110 a serving. Several flavors including the one I'm currently enjoying - garlic Parmesan. And the flavoring is good enough that you can enjoy them alone or with a spread / dip.
Those all might be out of the calorie range you're looking for but with how many you get of the Pop Chips and Baked Kettle Chips, you could easily reduce the amount to fit your calorie needs and still end up with a good amount of chips.
I'm a mixed bag. I'm fine with artificial sweeteners for beverages (diet soda, crystal light, etc.) Full sugar drinks are too sweet for me.
I HATE fat free salad dressing/mayo. I would way rather have just a little bit of the real stuff. Some of the reduced fat/light stuff is OK.
I actually prefer the light string cheese over the regular. I think I like the texture better.
Can't do fake chocolate.
LOVE skinny cow ice cream. And baked Cheetos! They taste just as good as the regular, IMO.
Baked doritos aren't quite the same as regular, but it satisfies the craving for me. I'm starting to prefer baked lays potato chips over regular, the regular are just too greasy for me now.
Am I the only person here at 3FC that HATES icecream (or anything frozen for that matter) in the winter???
That said...I MUST try this "skinny cow" everyone's raving about...must be delishous since most people here eat it everyday..haha! In the summertime (or warmer months), I LOVE LOVE LOVE icecream (baskin robbins preferably...but I may have to avoid them this summer as I had a little addiction problem there last summer..hmm...)
Anyhoot...thanks for the suggestions ladies...I've got 2 new foods to try 1) Skinny Cow; and 2) spagetti squash!
I just tried the Laughing Cow blue cheese wedges. I didn't think they were going to taste too much like blue cheese but they do. I like spreading it on plain rice crackers.
Veggie crumbles are a good substitute for ground meat.
Instead of noodles, I use a 2 cups of fresh bean sprouts with a yummy hot veggie accompaniment (such as stir fry) on top.
Instead of mashed potatoes, I used zinged up pureed califlower.
Instead of mayo, I add lots of chopped pickles on my sandwich or veggie sub. I'm looking for a zing and the pickles help. Also mustard is good.
Instead of maple syrup, I use mashed/creamed ripe banana.
Instead of meat, I use veggie burgers on light hamburger buns (80 cals). I actually only want condiments on bread--the middle object doesn't seem to matter at all for me. I also eat soy hotdogs for the same principle.
Instead of milk, I love almond milk (calcium and vit. E) and it's 40 cals. However, I usually add a touch of Truvia.
Instead of cinnamon/sugar on toast, I add tons of cinnamon with a little Truvia--no butter. I also gave up butter on toast and jelly or pancakes. I am legendary for the TONS of butter I used to slather on anything.
