I've indulged in Mothers' Day so I'm on scale avoidance this week :D

I had a loss two weeks in a row, which is highly usual for me lately! -2 lbs, WOOHOO! I wasn't surprised since this was a "hungry" week. I always lose on the weeks where I feel ravenous and have to keep my eating in check. The "easy" weeks never show a loss.

137.4! 8.8 pounds so far. Two more weeks to banish 2.4 pounds - I might make it yet!

I am hovering around maintenance at the mo because my favourite food in the whole world is easter eggs, and they don't exactly come around again the rest of the year, so I'm indulging within limits. Will crank it back up again after easter. Another lb closer to that magic mini-goal, and started seriously replacing my wardrobe. Everyone is now saying how much weight I've lost, which is a bit cringeworthy!

I am supposed to be doing some work for my university course today but umm.... nah!

aimeebell 04-18-2011 09:21 AM

I have 0.6 of a pound to lose to achieve the challenge. I don't know.....some weeks I stay the same despite my best effort. I have had four straight weeks of solid losses, which makes me very happy. For awhile there I was losing every other week- that was a mind challenge to put in the work, but not see the results at the end of the week.

I have 0.6 as well Aimeebell, here's hoping we can banish it this week. :broc:

I have lost 1.6 lbs in the last two days, so as long as it sticks, I will have hit goal! I don't normally fluctuate much, so usually I wouldn't be worried that the 1.6 lbs will mysteriously re-appear, but I am experimenting with lower carb, more whole foods this week, and am not sure how my body will react.

Another great challenge, Rose! I hoped for 30lbs, but the 25 or so I have lost is great! :)

Woohoo! Gold Box!! Thanks for organizing the challenge. It is the first one I have participated in and i really looked forward to entering my weight on Monday mornings!

Thanks RoseRodent!
I managed to lose 8.0 instead of the 10-12 I had hoped for, but I'll take it any day. ;)

Just to let you know I do plan to be back to close up the challenge, do the stats, open a new challenge spreadsheet and all, just things are way way crazy just now and I haven't got to it.
