I didn't lose anything this week, I don't know what is up with that:(. I retained fluid for some reason, and I didn't change anything, but my hands and feet are swollen. Oh' well maybe I'll have a bigger weight loss next week, when I lose the water.

I'm up a little bit even though I've been eating on plan most days and exercising a lot more. I started P90x last week and all of the weight training probably caused me to gain. I can definitely tell the difference- in a good way though!

After a rough couple of weeks and massive off plan living... I gave up weighing daily and tried to refocus on just getting my eating under control. Eat when hungry only. After a 5 day scale vacation I got on to weigh and saw a 12 pound loss. What the? Can't be right. So I weigh again yesterday... about a pound up from the colossal loss the day before, today it crept up a little.
I'm logging todays weight as my Monday weight, but I still think it's some sort of massive fluke that's going to slap me in a few days. frustrating |

I'm back down a little bit, but not much. My ankle has been kind of hurting lately, so I needed to stop running. I guess it's all about what I eat now - and just when the weather was starting to get nice too!

Yay, another loss for me. I've actually been asked to slow my loss down now!! The operation I had was not 100% sucessful and what they need to do next is to tidy up and sculpt the skin more with liposuction. Big huge compliment that they said I didn't have any fat between the skin and the muscle on my tummy any more (weeeeeee!!!) but I actually need to hang onto the fat on my hips so they can sculpt that out which will allow the skin to close properly. If they don't do the lipo then the scar tissue will always sort of hang about.
Although it was a tiny loss, it seems to be the loss I've been waiting for because - dun dun duuuuuuhhhhh! I am in my goal jeans!!! Yes, my UK14 vintage black jeans , the jeans of my adolescence when I felt like the sexiest woman on earth, I am in!!! Oooh, and I am 0.8 of a BMI away from not being owoo any more. Bonus. |
Rose Congrats! On the jeans, being so close to the not overweight BMI...and just in general, you are a continual inspiration.
I finally broke my stupid plateau - I'm hoping it sticks. Have seen the lower weight for 3 days now so I'm hoping hoping hoping it will stay and keep dropping too! |
Down 2 more pound YAY me. It is going slow but that is OK, some weeks I don't have any loss and other weeks I loose 2-3 pounds, and I am OP all of the time since I started this challenge. I do no that when I stay the same my water in take isn't as good, so maybe that is the problem, but I am getting there 1 step at a time. :carrot::carrot::carrot:

Although the weeks where I have a whoosh sure feel good, the stand still weeks are tough! I ran 10 miles, +5 walking, daily abs/legs strengthening, 1200 calories a day, just perfectly on plan, and the scale reads exactly the same as a week ago. Not a surprise since I lost last week, but it still difficult to swallow. Oh well, I know the loss will show in the next week or two.

Another .6 for me, not the best rate of loss but I did make it to the gym today, progress! four more weeks of .6 takes me to 2lb shy of goal, which would still feel like a victory to me. Hope everyone else sees some loss

I'm back! I fell off the wagon big time. I got bored with exercising and I started eating really badly. Lots of Girl Scout cookies, ice cream, KFC, McDonald's, pizza and other bad stuff. Anyways, I amazingly haven't gained anything since falling off the wagon (must be a fluke) but I didn't lose either. Starting April 1st, I'm recommitting to this challenge. Tomorrow I'm going to plan my meals for next week and come up with a workout plan. I'm thinking of doing 30DS MWF and C25K THS. I really need to focus on exercising the next two months because I'm going camping the first week in June and I don't want to be out of breath the entire time.

Everyone must be busy this week! I was really bad over the weekend and am back at 140. I had a dip mid week to 137 but of course it didn't stick around. Gratz to everyone who made their gold box already!
