I am having the same problem. I stared on Jan 3 and I have only lost 8 lbs. I track everything I ate and eat 1400 calories or a little less every day and do 45 mins one ellpitical 3 times a week. I have only lost 2 lbs in the last two weeks. Why is my body going so slow when I real all the other post about it just flying off????
