Hey I was freaking out last night and pretty much right on the edge of loosing control. As usual, The Facts keep me sane. I just wanted to thank everyone again for their input.
Strange that today the hunger isnt as bad as it was yesterday. I have been trying to incorporate every food group into my meals for the last 24 hours. Big difference I think. I have yet to go buy the fiber but its on my shopping list.
