Is very very frustraiting when I know half of what I prepared I can't dive into the way I want.

wow. I thought I was being good yesterday and was up 4 pounds this morning. I REALLY hope it's water weight. I didn't have 2 glasses of wine with dinner so it prolly is. Still frustrating though.
