Ok For me, I want to be down to 200lbs if I can. Going to try to keep my eating in Check and get out for walks as much as possible. :-)

misstraveller -- we decided to do a thanksgiving challenge... basically decide what your goal weight is to be by that date, and in this thread we'll follow each other's progress and encourage each other and such...... the idea was originated by Fae in the thread called "do we want to do a challenge?" if you want to read more about it!!


My Un-Stuff Me! goal is 179. Which, assuming I'm still 195, is 16 pounds from now. 9 weeks to go.... just under 2 pounds/week to be lost. I think I messed this week up, but I'm not weighing myself till Monday like usual... So we'll see if I'm any closer to being un-stuffed

(BTW trns I love the get off the turkey and walk!)

I am getting off my turkey.

I had a good start this week with a loss of 1.5lbs (0.7kg)

My goal for this fantabulous challenge is to lose 8kg or 17.6lbs.

My goal is to see the 130's for the first time in my "adult" life. It was definitely before high school since I've seen anywhere near that! I have fixed my ticker starting weight for this challenge due to the fact that I proceeded to gain several more pounds after I put it up, but luckily a couple days ago I got a hold of myself and lost what I had gained plus a half pound. I really want this again, I haven't felt like this since before summer!

I was thinking my goal would be 152, but i've also backslid a bit, so now I'm going for 155 for an 8 lb. loss.

Hey girls. I didn't weigh myself this week...basically because TOM is about here and I don't dare step on that scale. Otherwise I'll lose motivation (even though i know it's just bloat, it still bugs me). My first week was a little bumpy. I was so tired all the time...and now I know why. A cold was brewing, so now I'm sick. Hopefully it won't stall my goals. But it seems whenever I get sick it goes away in like 1-2 days (I haven't been really sick since like elementary school). But I'm still gonna keep at it! Hope everyone's Sunday goes great (GO VIKINGS!)
