Default Gas Station Coffee

Anyone have a calorie estimate for flavored coffee from the gas station? Because I got to go to work late this morning because of the ice I splurged and filled up a large coffee cup from Valero about 1 cup full of Dulce de Leche coffee and then filled the rest with regular black coffee. I estimated 120 cals - think I'm in the ballpark?

Also, maybe I'm just posting so I can brag !! I fit into my size 12 pants yesterday!!!! Whohoo!!! And the best part is, I thought they were my comfy size 14's, and I wore them all day without even realizing they were the other ones - so they weren't just fitting, they were comfy!!

Ok, done bragging. (Sorry, I have no one else to do pant shout outs to!) Any idea about the coffee?

By "Dulce de Leche" coffee, are you talking about something milk/cream based dispensed from a cappucino-type machine? Or regular brewed coffee?

Regular brewed coffee, even flavored coffee, has negligible calories. The flavor comes from extracts and other flavorings in the beans, not from milk/sugar.

If you're talking about a cappucino/latte type dispenser and the coffee was milk-based, I'd say 120-150 is probably a good estimate, depending how sweet they made it.

I have my doubts about this. A gas station flavored coffe that is cream based is going to be WAY more calories than that. I base this on the fact that caribou coffee offers a LITE latte with espresso and skim milk and it is 110 cals for a medium. Now, that is lite! So I have to assume that somethign 'full flavor' is going to be quite a bit more. Those things are all sugar anyhow.

at starbucks, 8 oz of a dulce de leche latte is 235.

It is one of those cappucino dispensers - and then I poured the regular brewed coffee on top. Hmm... I'll estimate somewhere in between those then, I'll guess 175 or something for this morning. Thanks for the advice, ladies.
And thanks about the pants!!

I just did a quick Google when it came up, and got this:

Cappuccino French Vanilla 1-cup - 140 calories.

This is from a convenience store called Casey's. The site is here - I scrolled through and most of the 8-ouncers end up in the 120-150 or under range:

There are exceptions (7-11, what are you putting IN there??) but that appears to be the trend,

If you have a 7/11 in your area, they offer sugar-free syrups to sweeten up your own coffees, and plain nondairy creamer for richness. You can make yourself a nice, large, decadent cup of coffee for only 100-150 calories.

I see that this is an old thread, but wanted to thank mandalinn for the link. Here I was estimating my speedway hazelnut at 5 pts.....it's at least 10 for 24 oz...I'm suprised I still lost weight those weeks!
