Default Too much too fast??

Hey y'all. I'm sure this is probably a dumb question but.....

Last Monday I started this process, I have since lost 8 pounds. Just that's basically a week. Do y'all think that's too much weight to lose in that amount of time? I know people on the biggest looser lose a lot more than that in one week but, that's TV right? My biggest fear is having loose and baggy skin when I lose all my weight. What do y'all think?? Thanks!! Y'all are great!

Your first week, you will lose a lot of weight, it is all water. Don't sweat it and keep on going.

I agree that it is probably water weight. My first week, I lost 13 pounds. Other factors are included with skin issues, there's a wonderful FAQ here - http://www.3fatchicks.com/forum/body...skin-faqs.html

Good luck with your goals

so since it's water weight, does that mean that it isn't valid or doesn't count?
