Hello Counters...Getting my count on!
Hello Everyone,
I made this account ages ago (around the time of my initial flirtations with getting healthier), and have since lost and gained back thirty pounds. Long story short: my plan was working, exercise was going well, and then life took a turn for the crazy (really, I'm surprised I never woke up to find it was a dream). I maintained (thank god.), and then moving back home for a couple months turned to food for comfort.
But, I'm here...and that counts for something right? For the past month I've been making a move to being healthier again, taking the stairs and slowly phasing out the sugary soda and other unmentionables...and will "officially" start watching my calories on the first of November (as before Halloween at this point is a little bit overwhelming).
