Default I'll be MIA for a few days, and could use some willpower vibes!

This is my annual long weekend with a bunch of girlfriends, so I probably won't be back on until Monday.

These weekends are great b/c I miss my friends SO much, but it's always a little intimidating b/c some of them are so gorgeous and I feel so troll-like next to them. In addition, there's always a ton of alcohol and deliciousness to eat. Last year when I went, I went totally off-plan and it took me 6 months (and a 20 pound gain) to get back on the wagon. I have a plan in place for handling this weekend, but I'm still a little nervous.

Have a great weekend!

I think it's fine to go MIA for a day have fun!

When I first started my diet I had the same problem I worried that if I fell off the diet wagon I would never get back on. So I decided not to tempt myself by eating a healthy meal before hand and then go out with them. My friends just got use to me going out and barely eating.

<3 remember to enjoy life on this path to eating healthy. Enjoy friends and the weekend! I found myself too distracted with my diet at times and tuned out and missed quality time when I was spending time with friends cause I was worrying about calories! Be aware, but enjoy!
