I, too, am a daily weigher. It helps me stay in tune with my body more...if it changes (up OR down) I log it into the Daily Plate and I can see on a graph how it's fluctuating. But, I weigh in the morning right before I eat breakfast, preferably after a BM, but I don't always have one (of course I do after I eat..ugh). And I weigh just wearing my undies.

I weight every morning before breakfast, after visit to toilet.
I record everyday because i like to see the fluctuations. I love that even when I have fluid retention I don't reach the same weight I started at.
And I like to see what effect the food I ate yesterday had on my weight today

This is exactly me Saturday Morning, after SSS and before breakfast. If I meet my goals, I get a treat that day, if not, I stick to it. The 1st of the month I also get out the tape measure, if I remember.

I try to stay off the scale otherwise, but occasionally I will get on just to see how things are going, but it's not THE weight until Saturday morning.
