This is exactly me

Saturday Morning, after SSS and before breakfast. If I meet my goals, I get a treat that day, if not, I stick to it. The 1st of the month I also get out the tape measure, if I remember.
I try to stay off the scale otherwise, but occasionally I will get on just to see how things are going, but it's not THE weight until Saturday morning.
