I've found this lately, too. I've limited myself to about 1200 calories per day (though I sometimes allow myself a bit more - up to 1400). I can be completely satisfied on just 1200 calories and this has definitely excited me! However, like others have said, it does really depend on the day for me. Sometimes I'm perfectly fine, while other days I have the desire to eat something else. I can say, though, that I haven't had any
overwhelming cravings and I'm able to resist the small cravings I
do have. I've never been able to do that before!
