I did my workout today and it was 2.5 miles and I've finished liter #3. I can make this last liter. Been on the potty all day as well.

On another note: I feel bloated today...the strangeness of that is I've never felt bloated before. I guess because my body was big as it was the bloated feeling just fit right in...wow what a revelation.

envelope The turkey meatloaves were so good! I took the recipe from recipe section in the calories counters part and adapted it a bit. Made them slightly higher calorie by adding an egg in, but I am not too worried because they were still really really delicious! It was my first time eating turkey in ground from because it's so rare to find it in New Zealand! I have one for lunch leftover today - so looking forward to eating it!

Just did my 2.5 kilometre jog/walk in less time than it took me the first time. Wasn't trying to beat my time but it happened anyway! Going out for dinner tonight to www.kenyakitori.co.nz which is not that great because there is no way really to tell the calories - but I'm just going to do my best to not over order or over eat and will keep calories during the day today slightly lower to compensate hopefully! I haven't had a cheat day in a while though so I don't think it will hurt my progress too much!

77.2kg as of this morning (170.1 pounds)!! YAY!

Hello all! I know I'm a bit late to the party but I am looking for challenges and support of all kinds =)

So far my goals are:
Bike rides 5 out of 7 days
Watch my calories and keep under 1800 for now
Stick to my 9 day detox plan (no meat!) <-- that's gonna be the tricky one D: oh my, I need veggies...

Any advice on how much water I should drink per day? I've been wondering about that for some time.

It's very nice to meet you all ^_^ glad to be a part of this challenge!!!

envelope- Thanks, I do usually fluctuate between 105 & 110lbs. I just don't like going up to 109 or 110, I don't feel my best, I feel like I'm weighed down w/ water. I have to be really careful, my weight just keeps going up rapidly.

I overate a bit today, I was really hungry, but I stopped when I was full and that was it. I lost weight today, but it will be up tomorrow I'm sure.

Hey Jelbelle! Welcome. Taking part in these challenges is a great way to keep motivated and get encouragement! This is my first challenge in the calorie counters forum too! I love calorie counting though. It's so good. Your goals look great!

Thanks for the welcome rainbow =D I'm trying to get into calorie counting myself.

Today I got in two 20 minute bike rides! I'm super excited!!!! Stuck entirely to my eating plan (like wow) and got really durn close to my water intake. So awesome start!!!!

Good Morning! Just a few words this morning to say I took a break yesterday from the gym. I was told by a persona trainer that I was excercising to
much. So i'm cutting back to 3 days a week at the gym.

Jelbelle there's a web site I go on called Sparkpeople.com and they recomend that you drink 8 cups of water. Good Luck!

Wow! Can't believe I haven't checked in all week! Holding at 164.2 which is weight I picked up on my Oklahoma trip last week plus TOM which arrived while I was there! UGH!
Been pretty much on track this week except for exercise just wanting to get rid of this water weight! Have a sick horse so that was really stressful yesterday! Can't believe how much I love those silly girls! She seems better today but will take a week to know if she is out of the woods!
Off to youngest DS football game this afternoon and then a busy weekend ahead!
Next week back to focusing on exercise! Have a great day everybody!

I ended the day well yesterday. I was in my calorie range, did my workout and drank 5 liters of water!!!! I'm going to try for four liters today. I will be going to workout at noon and will check in later.

Hello All

I've got my workout done for the day + 2 loads of laundry..yay me! Eating going well and the scale is still holding steady at 170. My official weigh in isn't until Sunday morning so keep your fingers crossed that i break through that 170 # and hit the 160:D

Why does my husband have the ability to really get my goat??!!! :tantrum:

I've been doing well today had a great workout and still have a liter and a half to go to get to four liters. No problem on calories but now I'm too mad to drink water or anything for that matter. AAAARRRRGGGG!!!!!! (OUT LOUD)

Hi! I just joined today. I'm not exactly a calorie counter, but I know roughly how many I eat a day (between 1200 and 1500).

My Goals:
*Exercise at least four times a week
*Drink at least 64 oz of water daily
*Lose 8 pounds by Oct 11th (weigh 260)

I don't know exactly how these challenges work. Do I log in every day and say how I'm doing?

I gained 8 ounces from snacking yesterday. I better cool it for a day or two now, til the weight comes off. Did good today( 1365 cal.), no snacks needed, all healthy food. I noticed that if I have a higher calorie day, then the next day i naturally don't feel as hungry or crave anything. I'm thinking that if I use this to my advantage I might get this maintaining thing to work. I'm thinking about upping my calories(higher than my maintanence limit of 1640) every day or two or when i am extra hungry, the other days stick to the lower range of 1260. This might work for me, picking an exact amount to go up to every single day to maintain is impossible to stick with. It doesn't always work either! Good luck to all!
