Default Working nights and counting calories.

I will probably be working nights soon which is 7p-7a. I'm just wondering if anyone else works nights and how to keep up with counting calories if I'm going into the next day. It's hard to cut off all of my food intake at midnight when I have 7 more hours of work to go.
Any tips would be great!!

If I was in your position, I would flip the CCing just like you are flipping your nights and days by working at night. So the new day would start at noon.

I used to work 4 on, 4 off (7am-7pm 2x, 7pm-7am 2x).

In this instance, you really can't use midnight as your magical number (if you don't eat after then, you will have a horrible night).

You may just want to track without using a specific time - but using "awake/sleep" (ie. the day starts at the first meal, not exactly at "x" am)

I agree with sacha and envelope.
Breakfast when you wake up, make your meals fit your schedule.
