Hey, another Virginian! I weighed myself again today, and I'm at 157 so now it's 12lbs. At least it moved again, and in the right direction.
I will try to add a little bit of calories. It's almost a little difficult to do, I'm scared it'll slow it down, but I do know the risk of messing up my metabolism.
On the other hand, I'm very excited. I've been struggling with weight since I had my daughter 3 1/2 years ago. I've tried a lot of stuff, except cutting calories accurately AND exercising routinely.
A lot of times I don't want to workout, but then I make myself. I had insomnia and I've been sleeping much better since working out.
