Glad I chose calorie counting!
I have been calorie counting for 4 weeks now, and I have to say I can definitely feel a big difference; I have already got people asking me what I am doing to lose weight! I have also got in to some pants I have not been in in over a year!!! I have stayed between 1200 - 1500 calories; I feel the best when I eat around 1400 though. Calorie Counting is definitely the way to go; I would suggest it to anyone! I don't weigh myself so I don't know how much I have lost though! Thanks for all the support!
