Glad I chose calorie counting!
I have been calorie counting for 4 weeks now, and I have to say I can definitely feel a big difference; I have already got people asking me what I am doing to lose weight! I have also got in to some pants I have not been in in over a year!!! I have stayed between 1200 - 1500 calories; I feel the best when I eat around 1400 though. Calorie Counting is definitely the way to go; I would suggest it to anyone! I don't weigh myself so I don't know how much I have lost though! Thanks for all the support!

Yay, I agree! No strict rules to follow and it's so simple. Eat less and move more. It just makes sense!

That rocks! I'm going to definately start on the calorie counting thing tomorrow morning. (It's 10:26 right now. Doubtful I'll eat anything else tonight.)
