I had a bowl of steel cut oatmeal with berries and skim milk. Then my snack was some lean chicken breast. For lunch, I am having homemade beans with brown rice, salsa, and a bit of cheese. It should come in around 1000 cals altogether and then for dinner I will make a chicken caesar salad with a bit of lowfat dressing...total cal goal is usually <1800.

What is a flump? A brand name?

yea its basically just a stick of marshmellow usually between 9-10p and at 30 cals each there perfect for sugar cravings.
Also on the marshmellow front theres pink n whites, either with jam or without i recommend without as i find the jam ones quite sickly. But at 50 cals each there a bit more bulky!

does any body else have any treats they have that are low cal?

yesterday,

Breakfast: 2.5 hardboiled egg whites and 2 nutrigrain waffles

Lunch: big salad with about 3 cups lettuce, carrots, cuke, onion, radish, raw broc, chicken, hardboiled egg, avocado and dressing.

Supper: more cooked chicken and a pita pizza made with a low cal/low carb pita, no sugar/no HFCS tomato sauce and 2% mozz.

Total calories for the day were 1425 and it came in at 33% fat, 32% protein and 36% carb. I don't specifically try to go that low on carbs, it just happened to work out that way.
