Weekend Weigh in

  • Hiya all!

    This week had started tracking my calories 2500-3000 and I am happy to say that when I weighed myself on Friday/Saturday afternoon, I lost 8 Lbs so far!!!! I will keep this up and also, no more daily weigh ins, just twice a week...I am ready!!!
