Default Which Would You Choose?

Ok, my roomie and I are going out to eat tonight, and the menu for the restaurant is online. I've narrowed my choices down to these two things. Which do you think would be better, calorie-wise? They both sound delicious to me!

Curry Roti Wrap
Flour tortilla filled with lentils, potatoes, spinach and tomatoes in a Jamaican coconut curry sauce

Falafel
A Mediterranean chickpea burger with avocado, tomatoes, carrots and a tahini dressing in a tortilla wrap

Ok, so what do you think?

Falafel are fried...so I think the curry dish probably has less fat.

Ahh, that's me being dumb for a second there. I keep changing my mind, and might end up just getting a salad or something. But thanks!

Actually, coconut milk has lots of fat and calories. Both those choices are fairly fat-intensive. They sound great, but I would keep looking!

Flour tortillas and potatoes, lots of calories there.Did you check the calories. Sounds like they would be pretty high calorie, both of them. What other choices do you have ?

They don't have calories listed and I need a vegan option, and those are two of the only ones they have listed. There are a few salads that I could vegan-ize by asking for no cheese, and a black bean burrito (beans, tortilla, avocado, salsa, with no cheese). I have a good portion of today's calories saved up for tonight, and I'm not going to spaz over it, but it is difficult to find.
