I am SO GLAD I am not the only one facing this! Since February I have eaten around 1300 calories a day and only have around ~10lbs lost to show for it. My boyfriend tells me not to be discouraged, that he can tell I'm losing weight. I have to say, though, that it's rather hard NOT to be discouraged when the scale isn't budging all that much and
I don't see the changes in my body.
I know slower weight loss is supposed to be better, but geeeez. Can't a girl get a break?
