Food is Food. Labeling it with good and bad just gives it false power.
I calorie count so that I can eat the foods I enjoy. It's a perfect reality check for me.
As far as healthy goes....if I don't get the nutrients my body needs, of course I am not going to feel well. So if my diet is full of junk, even if it is in the calorie target range, I am going to feel like crap. It's all about balance.
