& what do you do ?

  • WHAT DO YOU DO- when you keep thinking about eating something?
    knowing that u really shouldnt?? b/c i had dinner about an hour & a half ago.
    but for some reason.. i just really want an apple. LMFAO! its annoying.
    its 9:35pm... and i still wana eat something. what should i do ?
  • Eat. the. apple. But not yet. Go do something, like read (not TV!), for fifteen minutes, if in fifteen you still want the apple go pick one out and VERY slowly prep it (wash, cut, peel, however you want it) then eat it. The "i can't have it" is only going to make you want it more.

    I must say, I wish my evening cravings on were a 100 calorie APPLE :P

    As for the question of what I do, I tend to drink a large glass of water and wait 15 minutes, i tend to want something to "eat" because I'm thirsty

    until i came back i thought about it again. omgsh !!
    i think i will just go drink some water.
    & OMG!! my mom just came into my room with peanut butter on an apple.
    LMAO LMAO now this is funny. im gona get some water with ice now.
    then write a letter. lets see what happens.

  • I try to busy myself with something. The last time it happened I got on here and posted and read posts until the feeling past.

    i know it was just a freakin apple ;
    but it was a craving! & i wanted it so bad.
    OMG you guys were right about keeping busy.
    i talked on the phone.. i read my horoscope, wrote a letter,
    drank 16oz of water.. & whaddya know. i forgot about that apple.
    idk what i would do with out you all! . & next time i have a craving,
    i know just what to do. whether is an apple or an apple pie from mcdonalds.

  • Water! Although, craving an apple is way better than craving something bad for you.
  • Apples are so low in calories. I say next time, eat the apple. If not, you might go for something worse. Maybe your body needed some carbs, something sweet, or fiber?
