Default Loving the 100 calorie sandwhich rounds!

The ones I have are by Earth Grain and they are 100% whole grain. Two rounded "buns" for sandwiches @ 100 calories. In the past I've avoided sandwiches because two slices of whole grain bread can be so high in calories!
So I really feel these little guys put sandwiches back on the menu for me. When I need something good on the go, I fill one with 45 calories worth of turkey, and 55 calories worth of fixings for a yummy 200 calorie snack or "mini meal".

I love whoever invented these things! I recently only started seeing them in the supermarket, not sure if they've been around longer!

I love them too! I can't remember the brand i got but it was 100% whole wheat. I put them in the toaster and it was nice change of pace from my usual whole wheat bread...My DH likes them too. I plan on getting more today

I got the Orowheat ones when the store didn't have my 60 calorie Joseph's whole wheat and flax pita bread. Still don't have it either....grrr...

Anyway...I think they're ok. The Orowheat ones are so THIN though...I'm eating them because I got two packages of them, but I should've just stuck with my wheat bread (Sara Lee 45 calorie wheat)...

I love them too! I eat them in the morning with my egg whites..It makes having bread in my diet so much easier! I also like the light flat out wraps..they only have 90-100 calories and make a yummy pizza!

I also love them! I had one this morning with two scrambled eggs on it. Yum! Last night I used one as a bun for a hamburger. I'm going to pick up some bagel flats the next time I go to the store too.

I love them too. My husband only likes the honey wheat so he can have them because they are only 100 calories. The Sara Lee honey wheat bread is 160 calories which is what he switched from. I'm so proud of him.

Yeah they're pretty nifty. I use them for lunch, mainly, but if you have like a small hamburger or something on it, it works for that, too. Which is something that regular bread could never do for me.

I also love them. They are just the right size for a sandwhich for lunch or a quick snack.
