I make a chopped veggie salad with jicama, sweet red peppers, mushrooms, zucchini and what ever else is a good price at the store. Once I get all my veggies chopped I put then into 3 cup containers and then make a dressing of 1 T olive oil and 2-3 T TJ Orange Champagne vinegar per container, drizzle over the top and that's lunch for several days. I also take a cup or 2 of spinach leaves or some other lettuce type. I find that it's really filling
For breakfast, I eat 1 Cup of fiber one cereal + 1/2 cup cherrios with milk keeps me full all morning.
