[QUOTE=kaplods;3082615] When I stopped starving myself, the binging stopped too.

I so agree. When I 1st started I saw the magic number on 3fc was 1200-1400 calories is for the ultimate weight loss. This is just what I noticed. So I tried 1200 and was starving and so hungry. I was pretty good during the week since I was busy but during the weekends I would binge because I was so hungry. Since the nutritionist recommended I eat 1800-2000 calories I was like omg Im gonna gain weight but I didn't gain weight. And I am losing weight slowly but with my higher calorie range I dont binge during the weekends and restrict my calories during the week. A lot of people are scared to try my calorie range because there does seem to be the perception of if I eat less Im good and if I eat more then 1400 Im bad. Sorry for rambling but kaplods I can so relate to everything that you have said
