Hi everyone!!
Well, it's been a while since I've looked at this forum or website. About 3 1/2 months to be exact! From March 09 - Early Sept 09, I was hard core working out, counting calories and hanging out on this forum. Then, I hit a wall! I think I got comfortable with everything and got COMPLETELY off track! Plus the holidays AND in the midst of all of that we moved to NYC from Ohio. Today is a new start for me!
Back to working out at least 5 times a week and counting calories! I have gained about 15 lbs since I've been off the wagon. Not working out and eating Ben and jerry's I guess will do that!
I took my first spin class in 4 months today and it was brutal. Tomorrow I start P90X. I ate super clean and ate my 1400 calories that I'm shooting for.
I just wanted to let people other then my friends and family what I'm trying to do to keep myself accountable.
So here's to getting slim and healthy and staying that way!
