Default Calorie Count Books

So tomorrow I am heading out to get a calorie count book that I can put in my purse. I have an older calorie king & i like it but it's out of date.

So, any reccomendations for a book that has a wide variiety of store bought & resaraunt/fast food items?? I prefer books that have generic averages and brand names.

Thanks!!

I'd like to know if there are any recommendations too! I have an older version from Alii plan I did to lose my first 20 pounds... but I'd like a more inclusive one.
