I was feeling pretty good through last week. I reached my goal weight and STAYED there for a while. The other day I was up to 131.5 (bummer, I've been between 127 and 129 for a month). But I attributed it to TOM. Well.... this week has been AWFUL! I'm eating everything in sight, and I was sick so for a few days I wasn't getting my workouts in. The last few days I've been feeling really bloated and something in my belly just isn't sitting right. I the protein shake I had on Wednesday night made me constipated and I'm just not feeling right. Plus I know I had a ton of salt yesterday so I'm sure I'm retaining water. I was up to 135 today!!!! I really let myself down. SO... here's my plan....
this weekend is totally dedicated to working out. I have my workouts scheduled so I will stick to them. I'm grocery shopping tonight for all super healthy foods that I stuck with when I first started counting calories about a year ago. Super strict this weekend and hopefully a few pounds will come off for next week. But the holidays are just killing me. The last week or so has been stressful since Thanksgiving was at my place this year. Avoiding the leftovers will be hard. My roomie and b/f will have to step it up.
Lunch today.... salad, lots of raw veggies, salmon, and fruit salad for later. Turkey for dinner but NO stuffing!!!!!
