Default Documenting recipes on websites (BlueCross)

I've been calorie counting in a paper journal, but someone pointed out to me that our insurance company through work actually offers incentives to track your calories online through their website. They break down the fat/carbs/protiens for you; make recommendations, you can request a dietician look at it etc (not to mention earning points for fabulous real world prizes). My problem is that I make like 90% of the food I eat at home and I'm having a hard time documenting it. Any recommendations?

For instance tonight I made German potato salad as a side dish. For my own records I weighed the potatos, onions, measured the vinegar and oil and then weighed the completed dish (minus the bowl). I got 1.33 calories per gram, dished myself up some and calculated it as 200 calores (a splurge I know but they're tender baby red potatos from the farmer's market's last day this weekend and I love German potato salad). On this website it asked me for things like how many servings of oil or how many whole baked red potatos I had with dinner. I had to fiddle it until the total numbers came out right but now I know my percentages will be off.

Now if I lived off of frozen dinners or take out this site would be wonderful....
