I most certainly count my veggies. I must. I usually consume way over 500 calories worth a day and to not count them would be disastrous. Though I count them, I don't measure accurately. I don't agonize if I'm eating 1 3/4 cup of cauliflower or 2 cups. I approximate it, always counting up.

This is one of the main reasons WW would not work well for me. The idea of having *free* foods (zero points) would wind up
costing me waaaaay too much.
You may want to count some veggies (carrots, sweet potatoes, corn, broccoli, winter squashes, tomatoes, peppers, etc) and not others (celery, mushrooms, lettuce, radishes .You have to do (find) what works for you. Being open to change if you find what's once worked, no longer does.
