I made this as a knock off of one of my favorite pizzerias.

Toss cooked, shredded chicken breast with Franks Red Hot Sauce until well coated. The Franks Sauce is 0 fat and 0 calories according to the bottle. I usually just bake or poach the chicken, then shred it and toss in the sauce.

Bake the Flat-Outs for about 7 minutes in a 350 degree oven on a baking sheet.

Rub fresh cut garlic all over the hot crust. Top with mozzarella cheese (about 1/4 cup to 1/2 cup per pizza, depending on how many calories you want to consume. Top with about 1 TB reduced fat blue cheese. Put thinly sliced red onion on the pizza. Finally, dot the top of the pizza with hunks of your buffalo chicken. Bake for about 10 minutes.

After the bake, top the pizza with diced fresh celery as a garnish. Then put about 1 TB of low-fat ranch dressing in a ziploc bag, and cut off the tip of the bag. Pipe ranch dressing in a zig zag pattern, slice the pizza in 4 and devour!!

It tastes like buffalo wings, blue cheese and celery all in one. We love it!

Smile Joseph's pitas

I went online, typed in Joseph's pitas , went to their website and ordered a case of them since I can't seem to find them at my local Walmarts. Depending on what ones you order, they cost approx. $14.99 not including the s/h, but saves me from having to drive all over Michigan looking for them. They are very good!
