Hey everyone,
Is there anyone who has been successfully counting calories that mainly come from fastfood or store bought food. Because of my time/budget right now, its been easier for me to plan my food intake by looking at the online nutrition menus and counting that way. Ofcourse ive found that i have to stick to more of the "healthier" choices but i have been able to stick in my range of 1300 - 1500. I just wanted to know if anyone has successfully followed a calorie counting plan doing this. Thanks everyone for your input.
