So I went over again yesterday, on the 4th. Not with food but with the one beer and 2 rum and coke zeros I drank. Hey, it was the 4th! I did swim and run around all day....and my scale put me up .5lbs this morning.
I'm not weighing in until next Friday. That is my goal. Kick *** this week and get my reward on Friday. Or else.
