Hah not having this problem today! Already at 1200 and am having the bf over for dinner...but I feel satiated and not binge-y so I think I'll be able to manage a light nutritious dinner

Could the food industry be the ones who are saying to lose weight you must consume more? They do have the most to gain from promoting more food, even healthy kinds.

It does stand to reason if you consume less and move more you will lose weight, how much less depends on many factors as mentioned above.
