Interesting.....makes a lot of sense. My calorie intake varies day to day but Its usually only by 100-200 calories. Maybe I should try it with a bigger variation. Hmmmm.

I zig-zag normally just listening to what my body needs. I then make sure that my weekly average is within my range. I also track saturated fat...so using the zig-zag method means I get to satisfy my cravings and stay on plan.
