This is my current workout schedule. This is my life now.

Monday: 9:30 am 60 Minutes Aquafit Class (Strength & Cardio in the water)
I alternate that every other week with a 60 Minute Hardbodies Class (Strength/Step/Cardio) Then at 5:30 I do another 60 Minute Aquafit Class Followed at 6:30 by a 60 Minutes Zumba Latin Dance Workout Class. I have to leave the 5:30 class a few minutes early so I can quickly change and be at the Zumba Class.

Anytime I have an aquafit class I try get to the pool early so I can warm up for 5 to 15 minutes swimming laps.

Tuesday: 5:30 Aquafit Class followed by a 6:30 60 Minutes Hip Hop Class. Again gotta leave class a bit early so I can change and be in the Hip Hop Class.

Wednesday: 9:30 Aquafit Class. At 4:10 I do my complete Strength Training Program followed by swimming laps and a 60 Minutes Aquafit "class" I started with some of other women at the gym who wanted an extra workout at 5:30. Every other week I switch it up so I do my strength training before the morning aquafit class and not do the evening one. On the weeks I don't do that I have a kickboxing class on Friday. I'm trying to alternate it so I have a Wednesday free and a Friday night free every other week so I can spend time with my Honey.

Thursday is my day not to go to the gym at all. I generally use that day to catch up on work stuff and then have a standing social get together with friends that night.

Friday: 9:30 60 Minutes Aquafit Class. Every other week (on weeks I don't do the Wednesday night Aquafit Group thing) 5:30 Kickboxing Class for 60 Minutes.

Saturday: 9:30 60 Minutes Aquafit Class.

Sunday: 7:15 Strength Training Supplemental focusing strictly on the Leg Press, Chest Press and Pulldown. 8:00 Aquafit Group Thing 60 minutes.

I've been doing this for several weeks now and so far so good. I started in April mostly with just the strength training, swimming and aquafit classes and have added the other stuff recently. I'm having soooo much fun and I'm seeing results that are quite rewarding.

I do 30 Minutes on the treadmill 3 times a week, and the strength/abs portion of the "30 Day Shred" on the other 2 days. On the weekends I'll usually ride bikes with the kiddo or rollerskate with her.

I'm still getting back into things, so I wouldn't necessarily call it a routine just yet

MOnday and Wednesday I'm trying to do spinning. Tuesday and Thursday a kickboxing class (but I missed it yesterday). I want to add in some jogging/walking and get back to weight lifting twice a week like I did back in April.

I'm about to go on a 3 week vacation, so I'm going to have to figure out how to exercise while I'm gone. eek!

I do either Wii Active or a Leslie Sansone DVD for 1/2hr. 5x week... Also go for walks with my kidlets.. I need to work in weights every other day too.. Would like to do 20-30 min. each time..

That's it for me.. I have 4 kids & hubby I'm cleaning up after, cooking for, etc.. So by the end of the day I'm spent!

I go to an awesome gym 6 days a week and have just upped my time from 60 minutes to an 75 minutes and plan to up that again to 90 minutes. I split my time between the elliptical and treadmill. I often look at the StairMaster machine but haven't had the courage to give it a try yet. I plan to start working on free weights at home since I just did a ton of reading on how the gym weight machines don't really do as well. When I get down to 200 I plan to get a trainer from the gym to teach me more about their free weights.

It's a blast.. but I don't count the regular Wii games as exercise.. I bought EA Sports Active specifically for exercising.. you can create a personalize workout program and it charts your progress, calories burned, etc... i'd link you up but I don't have enough posts yet.. so google "EA Sports Active" and it should come up for you!

I have been regularly exercising for the past 3 weeks on my elicptical. I started out at 25 min and now I am up to 40 min at a higher intensity. I would like to get up to 60 min.

I love cardio so I workout on my treadmill 5 to 6 days a week, usually for 45 minutes to an hour. I also do a Biggest Loser video or weight training day 2 days a week as I'm trying to incorporate more weight/strength training into my routine. I try to get some walking in throughout week when I can though it's tough during the summer!

Every single day I walk in our neighborhood with my kids, twice a day. I'm in northern Georgia where it's very hilly, so I have to push the stroller and my 4-year-old on his training wheels up every single hill. So I get a good workout for my arms with every walk.

5 days a week I do My Fitness Coach on the Wii.

1 day a week I do Tae Bo.

And 1 day a week I rest (except for the walks).

Let's see:
Monday - run 5-6 miles
Tuesday - class: 30 min strength/cardio intervals, 30 min Pilates. Swim 45 minutes.
Wed - run 5-6 miles
Thur - class: 30 min strength/cardio intervals, 30 min yoga. Swim 45 minutes.
Fri - class: 1 hour step aerobic / strength training intervals. 15 minutes ab class.
Sat - run 5 miles. Kayak 3-4 hours (a couple of times per month)
Sun - long run 9-15 miles. Sometimes take belly dancing class in the evening.

It varies sometimes, but this is the basic routine. I'd do more if I had time. I didn't start out this way, mind you, but that's where I'm at now .... I can't imagine a day without some kind of vigorous activity. When I don't go out and DO something, I feel sluggish, yuk. Working out makes me feel great!

I walk almost every day (about 2 miles which is just about 30 mins) and I use to ride a stationary bike every day but recently I have started the C25K program and that is my main form of exercise atm, so I guess right now I run Mon-Wed-Fri, walk on some of the off days as well as do calisthenics and light weight lifting on alternating days of the C25K program.

Edit to add day by day sch

Mon - C25K
Tues - calisthenics and weights
Wed - C25K
Thurs - short walk + calisthenics and weights
Fri - C25K
Sat - Walk
Sun - either an off day or calisthenics and weights depending on how I feel because I like to be fresh to start the new week of C25K.

As Ever
