Default website for counting cals

Right now I am using Fit Day, but I have to put all the information in if I want to enter something new in. What are others using for tracking thier foods?

I use www.livestrong.com/thedailyplate and I LOVE it. If I can't find exactly what I ate, I can usually find another similar product with the same cals/fat/carbs/protein so it works out well. Not sure exactly what fit day is, but I really like the daily plate.

I like Sparkpeople! I have been using it since January to count calories and log fitness. They also have great forums and offer tonnes of support and the best part-it is free!

To build on this, I too use an Excel spreadsheet (for WW points tracking).... but I've uploaded it to Google Docs, so it's online and I can access and update it seamlessly from work, home, or my phone.

sparkpeople. I don't participate in the forums much, I like it HERE too well, but the tracker is very good. I especially like the fact that it tells you how low Not to go; and if you try to put in a weight + goal that is unhealthy, it just won't take it.

I also like livestrong.com/thedailyplate. If you can't find what you ate, you can enter your own information so it is available to you the next time, as well as other users of the website. It is very convenient and very easy to use.

Loseit!, on my ipod. It's handy because I always have it with me.

Um I just write it all in a real notebook with pen. LMAO If I am eating something that doesn't have the nutrition listed I just google it. I really like to have it written down and not on the computer.

I use The Daily Plate. I used to use Fitday but I got tired of having to enter things in myself. TDP seems to have tons more items already entered for me.

cincimom, I even still write almost all letters and send them snail mail. LOL Just seems more personal and real to me than email. You would think I was much older than I am. Ha!
