  • I love sending letters. I get stationary sets for all holidays.

    On the subject, i used to use fitday, then I used daily plate, and now I only use the one on my Go Wear Fit site.
  • I use www.my-fitness-pal.com. I like it because it has a bunch of stuff listed in there....even the generic supermarket versions.
  • I use fitday- I've loaded so many custom foods into it that it would be impossible for me to switch now! I tried thedailyplate and it just didn't make as much sense to me.

    I write mine down too with pen and paper. I have a tiny composition book that I keep in my purse. Works great. But I use Calorieking.com to look up info.
