Hey peeps.
Took this morning off from the crossfit workout. I am still feeling pretty beat up from Saturday's workout fest. I did the team workout at my gym, then the running clinic was a lot more "workout" than I expected, then 3.5 hrs of dance skate practice Saturday night.

Pretty much everything from my lower back on down is tight and sore, and my shoulders are still unhappy. It was just a brutal week of workouts at the gym, and I needed a little more recovery time before getting back to it. If I'm feeling up to it, I might go in tonight to catch the evening workout. That will make it so it's almost 2 full rest days.
Since I was home this morning, I've just been catching up on chores. Watered the garden, gave all the critters fresh water, tidied up the front yard, cleaned up the kitchen, did a few loads of dog laundry, did some filing. I've got to make a run to Costco for groceries and to gas up the van, then I think a shower, and maybe hit the gym tonight. Sounds like a plan, anyway!
