I eat chicken breast, fish, 1 tablespoon of peanut butter once a week as a treat, and I am ADDICTED to South Beach Cereal Bars. They're 140 calories, 10g of protein, and taste freakin' amazing!
If you like cottage cheese, I'd say eat more. 1/2 a cup gives you 26% of your protein, or more if you eat less than 2000 cals. a day. I cup and you're over half way there. Plus it's low cal.
