I'm not sure how many calories you've been eating, but I would suggest gradually upping it to an appropriate amount over the next couple months. So if you've been eating 1000, try something around 1200 for a couple weeks, then up it to 1400 for a couple more, and so on. Your body will probably need to readjust to a normal amount of food though, so I would expect a tiny weight gain at first.
