  • I felt good enough to cook today, but I don't think I'll be working out for a few more yet. Still caugh like crazy if I exert myself at all. I did manage to make very yummy spicy chicken soup that APPEARS to be very low calorie... if I am figuring correctly.
  • Today was actually a very good day. I met with Clay, a trainer at my work and he gave me a good list of exercises that work abs, gluts and legs. So I tanned, did 45 min on the elliptical and then came home and did the 30 min ab routine. I feel fantastic!!!!!!!
  • Nicki did you get your toddler bed up yet?? My baby girl was excited but didn't want to stay in there at bed time. But she did fall asleep in it so I guess that is good...LOL

    I have to learn to be more steady on Calories and to plan better last night I did plan but didn't stay very well to it. I need to prepare at night for the next day.ok well gonna go catch you all lata

    Yeah me and my BF set it up yesterday. I put a thing on her door knob so that she couldn't get out of her room. LOL. She stayed in last night. Fell asleep very quickly today due to no nap so I'll see what happens tonight.
  • Well no loss but it's okay. As long as I feel like i'm losing inches and as long as people are still noticing i'm okay. LOL. My abs are a little achy today which is awesome! LOL
  • NikkiAfter a 30 min ab workout I would think so! You go girl. The 10 min ab routines are enough to make me sore!
  • Hi Ladies

    Now that I went to the doctors to have my food journal reviewed,I feel better knowing that I doing everything right.Its just a matter of keep up my calorie range of 1400-1600 calories per day.

    Going to start exercising & drinking more water on the day that I have a high calories.

    SKINNY-I do have a calorie book but I prefer to count my calories I use the WW point system 1pt =50 calories. Round figures. I don't county my exercising points.

    DEWARFIE-Welcome to the thread and congrats on your 4.4 weight loss.you're doing terrific.

    TINAWelcome also to the board and congrats on your 1.2 loss.GEE!!! That's a lot of birthdays,You must plan either to exercise before & after the occasions.Have 3 bites,according to So. beachers and than stop.Hope that helps.

    RETIRE-How exciting I bet you can't wait. for the baby to be born.So sad about the FIL. not being able to see the little one. I agree with you I rather be with the baby's arrival than sing at a funeral.Sorry about your potato chip temptation.the old ad for Lays I bet you can't eat one, comes to mind.

    NICKIE-You're doing terrific when you want to ONEderland now I think your body is resting you'll lose again.You might be losing inches.Do your clothes feel looser.

  • Well, today was a bust. I didn't do so well on the calories. Tomorrow is another day though.

    I'm glad to hear everyone is doing well. Keep up the good work chicks!
  • kinda blah day not bad just like and off day....doing ok keeping close to the range of calories still some things are not good calories but I will get there!!

  • Despite being ill I still seem to be losing not going to complain, but I do wish I was well because my muscles are getting that weird hollow feeling they get when they crave exercise. If I exert myself I just end up having a coughing fit.

    I wonder how many calories coughing fits burn. LOL.
  • Good Morning Ladies

    Looks like we are going to have a sunny day ahead of us,except for the coldness in the air. Fell off the wagon last night,snacking on everything.Looked at my food journal and saw I wasn't enough. Going to plan better for today,by adding more protein,to my evening meal,so I can stay full for the rest of the night.

    ZENOR-I had the same problem yesterday.I think that I didn't eat enough at my supper that I started to crave in the evening while watching TV.

    MOMO-Looks like some of us had a bah day yesterday. I have to add more protein to my last meal,and than just have a pc of fruti in the evening would help.


    PRINNY-Sorry your not feeling well.I'm not an expert but when your body hurting your shouldn't exercise,at least that what my doctor tells me.Once you feeling better start off easy like walking ,jogging and walking again before going overboard with the heavy exercising.

    I so remember doing this with on oldest...LOL and then my middle one, but my middle took off the door knob cover, she took them off every door we had the on, we never did find them.

    Things have been going good for me this week. I feel like I am finally getting back on track and this time I am staying there for sure. My Boston trip is creeping up on me and I want to be down at least 15 more pounds by then!!

  • I have had an off week and scales are still up...grrr
    today i will track every bite and really watch my sodium.
    lots of water and some exercise.
  • beach bum- yeah walking isn't so great for me, I have bad knees. I will just take it easy and go sloooooooooooooooow on the exercise bike in a few days.

    STILL sick. This needs to go away nowish. I have plans next week and I don't even have my outfit finished!
