Nicki - Im sorry about your little girl needing surgery. Im a worrier too, but just stay strong, and know she'll feel SO much better once thats done & over with! Im sure your teacher cert. will be EASY for you!! I also LOVE Zumba, and usually go to the gym with my mom twice a month for classes.
Beach - That sounds like a good method to determine how much weight you actually lose per day. Ive been noticing I tend to lose my weight on Monday/Tuesday. Weird, I know. Its like I hold all my water weight in until those days.
I did hit one plateau after 25lbs, didnt lose ANY weight for 2 weeks, but didnt gain either, and finally upped my exercise to 40 minutes instead of 25, and it got my losing again. If it ever happens to me again, Ill be sure to try zig/zagging.
Momof - Im glad you got that saying up! Its so true, and I honestly live by that now. NO food is worth it to me anymore. That Jillian 3DS is intense right? I recently have been trying her new one "Boost Metabolism" and can NOT get through all 7 circuts. The most Ive gotten through are 4, and the only reason I know there are 7 is because I saw other women on here talking about it! I know all about kids fighting, so Im right there with you. My daughters are best friends & worst enemies all in one.
Just laundry & continuing to stay OP for me today. The eating is easy for me now, but the exercise SUCKS! I hate it, whatever kind it is, and just dont want to do it. I know I have to, but jeez.
