Just on here to let you know that I never corrected my ticker to match my losses & gains on my siggy. The correct # is 165.5 and not 167 like I thought it was. Have to will be back after breakfast. |

You're probably confused with the post up above that i posted earlier. Let me explain, I don't weigh in on Mondays Only I have been doing a average weighing in for a couple of weeks now,and it quite new to me. The method is to weigh in every day and total it at the end of the week.Than you divided the total by 7 and you get your average W-I. Well I made a mistake with the numbers and thought 165.5 was correct. It isn't the new number is 166.8.So as soon as say hello to your gals I will change to to read correctly. MOMO-CONGRATS on your workout with Jillian WOW that was some workout. Maybe I should look into her videos and see if I can do them. I have the cardio with Bob which I love,but than I haven done that one in a while. I use my stationery bike more so in the winter and should go back to my videos. NICKIE-I guess that's natural for a mom to worry about her child, shows you a GREAT MoM. Whats your vacation plans for next year. We're planing to go back to Hawaii if the economy get better. Nicki - Im sorry about your little girl needing surgery. Im a worrier too, but just stay strong, and know she'll feel SO much better once thats done & over with! Im sure your teacher cert. will be EASY for you!! I also LOVE Zumba, and usually go to the gym with my mom twice a month for classes. Beach - That sounds like a good method to determine how much weight you actually lose per day. Ive been noticing I tend to lose my weight on Monday/Tuesday. Weird, I know. Its like I hold all my water weight in until those days. I did hit one plateau after 25lbs, didnt lose ANY weight for 2 weeks, but didnt gain either, and finally upped my exercise to 40 minutes instead of 25, and it got my losing again. If it ever happens to me again, Ill be sure to try zig/zagging. Momof - Im glad you got that saying up! Its so true, and I honestly live by that now. NO food is worth it to me anymore. That Jillian 3DS is intense right? I recently have been trying her new one "Boost Metabolism" and can NOT get through all 7 circuts. The most Ive gotten through are 4, and the only reason I know there are 7 is because I saw other women on here talking about it! I know all about kids fighting, so Im right there with you. My daughters are best friends & worst enemies all in one. Just laundry & continuing to stay OP for me today. The eating is easy for me now, but the exercise SUCKS! I hate it, whatever kind it is, and just dont want to do it. I know I have to, but jeez. :p |
I did really enjoy the Zumba! We're planning on going with some friends to Mexico. I think it'll be fun
I did good yesterday. the bf cooked me dinner and did so good!!!! I didn't get my 30DS in though but it's okay. I needed some lovin time with him! I get to see him tonight too. I'm so spoiled! Copelands for dinner. No worries! I'll make healthy choices. And I'm getting in all my cardio before we go! |

I think today is going to be a lazy day for me,as I feel very sluggish this morn.Have no energy at all,it might be the lack of exercising last night. VEGAS-I use to do this method of average weighing long time ago when I was on a low carb diet.Stop after a while getting to frustrated with the ups and downs of the scale. Than for some strange reason I remembered doing it and thought why not trying it again.But of course I'm going to W-I once a day,and I will keep in mind the ups & downs and just used the number as a tool and the total will be my W-I weight. NICKIE-I want on a Panama cruise saw number of countries from Mexico,Costa Rica,Nicaragua,and than going though the Panama Canal to the Caribbean Islands . Its was an exciting trip,and one that you'll remember. Looks like you have a good plan,and that's what life's all about. Enjoy. Have a great morning |

Been eating great and doing some execise and drinking all my water and stupid scales still wont move...GRRRr ok so im upping my calories back to 1500 and getting moving more.I am also going back to the tdp and see what my % are now. Then compare them to last year when i was losing so great. hugs to all |
So I did my cardio after work but ws running late on time so skipped 30DS. I made a good enough choice at Copelands. I am out of the 190s today so that is my daily excitement!!!!!!! Five ppl called me skinny yesterday. More excitedment!
What a good weekend I plan on having. Staying op. In love. Out of hte 190s. Pant sizes dropping. Never been happier! |
Nicki - We've been on 2 Mexico cruises, and loved both! You'll have a blast Im sure! CONGRATS on saying goodbye to those 190's for good, and Im so glad you feel pumped for having your weight loss noticed, its the BEST thing ever!!
Beach - I also W-I once a day, and really should keep track of my daily change. I know another pound or so will come off come Tuesday, thats the day it ALWAYS drops, unless another plateau is on its way.. I HOPE not! Dgramie - I hope you have a huge loss on its way! I think the more calories/more workout sounds like a great jumpstart! I got my signature option today! Im psyched!! I LOVE seeing my darn ticker. Everytime I lay eyes on any ticker, I cant believe Im doing this. I never thought Id actually be strong enough to change my life. Congrats to me, and ALL of us!! We're all doing it!! |

DGRAMIE-Sorry the scale is not moving that can get very annoying doing everything right with out any results. Did you take your measurement instead,you might of lost inches. NICKIE-Big Congrats getting out of the 190's.Whatever you're doing continue as it working for you. VEGAS-I find that also losing more so at the beginning of the week than at the end. So that the reason I switched my W-I day to Mondays. Now I losing in the middle of the week. Can't figure out what my body wants. If we knew that answer to that question we wouldn't be on here posting away on the boards day to day would we?? Have a nice nice morning |

well I did well on the 30ds yesterday. I only took like 3 second breaks but kept going it was much easier and i wasnt as sore today. One monday I will probably start doing it every day!! Hopefully I can keep it up and start losing more. I guess one step at a time.
Nicki I am totally jealous...not just that you lost the weight but you are always soooo stinking motivated and it shows. I wish I could be as completely motivated as you!! I guess once I start losing more weight that will motivate me!! Ok well thats about it I think I am going to weighin every day and average the weight because my weight bounces around every day and I really think it has to do with my water intake and sodium. Ok well catch everyone lata!!! |
I have been doing great this week, I have totally stayed on my calorie goals and have hit the gym three times.I also just started using the daily plate which is really helping with counting calories! I have lost 2 pounds already this week!! :)

Not happy. I am STILL 165.6 after like a week! This is making me panic because I have events this fall I HAVE to be in shape for. I do costuming and I have been ordering corsets for them that should fit me at my goal weight. They sure as **** won't fit now, but one is a custom and will take months to get and the other is going to take a few months to decorate. ARGH!!! What the **** am I going to do if I am still fat then?!?!?! :?:
Been good and am exercising but I am still worried. Oh and my boobs are shrinking. That is also making me unhappy. :( |
Hi all,
I'm back on the saddle again, I posted about this time last year and started a new job that had me working 10-12 hour days and there went my plan! I've gotten in line with the rest of so many Americans that have been laid off and unfortunately/fortunately have a lot of time on my hands now while I look for work. I hopped on the scale and realized that I had gained about 10 lbs from last year and with this being the heaviest I have ever been, I have realized that I can't take it anymore. I started tracking my calories and workouts on Thursday and have already lost 1.5 lbs! I think more than anything I need motivation to help my stay on track so I am begging for everyone's support and encouragement. I look forward to getting to know all you guys and eventually attaining the dream of walking on the beach in a skimpy 2-piece!!! |
