  • breakfast:
    2 hard boiled eggs (no yolk)
    2 oz lean ham
    1/2 cup mix berries (blueberries, blackberies and rasberries)
    1 wedge low fat laughing cow cheese

    ~150 cals

    I try to get healthy amounts of protein, calcium and vitamins to start the day. I have a very busy schedule, but it is very important to focus on diet and nutrition.
